New API-NG Release - 16th June 2014

The release includes the following updates:

• Navigation data for applications (Beta) - Beta endpoint to expose Betfair "Left-Hand Menu" navigation data for developers to use when creating navigation menu in their apps

• getApplicationSubscriptionHistory - option to call this from vendor's app client

• getAccountFunds - extended to include discount rate and points balance
